It has huge rooms and magnificent location just next door to the airport, Hoàn Kiếm lake and the old quarter and Old Quarter. Nice to have central heating, multi-channel TV and a writing table available...

The homestay features a small coffee house on the second floor where I had the most delicious Vietnamese coffee that gave me a much-needed caffeine boost to start my day. It was like a mini heaven for coffee lovers where I could sip my drink while enjoying the view from the balcony.

The value for money at Balcony Homestay was excellent, with a spacious and beautifully appointed room and a very comfortable bed. The location was extremely convenient, with the walking street, night market, and bus stop all within walking distance. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, even inviting me for dinner and helping with laundry and fixing a bag. The family room was big and comfortable, perfect for my stay.

I had a fantastic time at Hanoi Balcony Homestay during my recent visit to Vietnam. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with cozy balconies and plenty of indoor plants. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the availability of hot water and air conditioning. The hosts, Huyen and Hyen, were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing assistance and support throughout my stay. The location was ideal, close to Kiem Lake and the Old Quarter but still quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We were welcomed like family by the kind and welcoming owners. the room was not only clean and comfortable, but also beautifully styled. the location was ideal, with easy access to both the old quarter and newer areas of the city. the highlight of our stay was when the owners invited us to join them for a Vietnamese dinner, making us feel truly at home. I can't recommend this homestay enough, it truly exceeded all expectations. Cons: Everything was spot on! 👌.
